Welcome to www.thefirstaidbrand.com (hereinafter the “Site”). These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Site. By accessing and using the Site, you confirm your understanding of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time.
Comments
Suggested text: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Cookies

The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section. During the registration process, you agree to receive promotional emails from the Site. You can subsequently opt out of receiving such promotional emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.
Refund Policy
The Site offers professional resume writing services which must be purchased. Our professional writers will work with you throughout the entire process until you are satisfied with the final output.
If you are a buyer of our Premium package and have not managed to receive at least one (1) job offer within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the order completion date, you can submit a written request to support@thefirstaidbrand.com and receive a refund of 100% of the fees paid to the Company. To qualify for this refund, you must submit proof of sending out your resume or CV to a minimum of 10 (ten) vacancies in accordance with your seniority level, niche, and industry. This offer does not cover Gift Orders. Upon receipt of the refund, you must promise to not use a document created by the Company and delete it from all computers, job boards, and other devices that might contain it. In lieu of a refund, you may opt to have a free order rewrite with a different writer.
Online Transactions
Online transactions are handled through a leading payment processing solution – Stripe. You shall not use any false information, e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions.
How long we retain your data
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data

Content provided on this Site is solely for informational purposes.
Notwithstanding all efforts made to ensure the accuracy of the contents of this Site, thefirstaidbrand.com shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in said material, or for any loss or damage, economic or otherwise, which may be sustained by any visitor to the Site or who obtains or accesses its contents.
Thefirstaidbrand.com does not warrant that your access to the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, data, content, or other material accessible in connection with the Site will be free of technical glitches, defects, computer viruses, bugs, or other harmful components.
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including but not limited to warranties as to fitness for purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or proprietary rights, or compatibility between the Site and any software or hardware. We shall in no event be liable for any loss, damage, or liability for any unauthorized use of this Site or a breach of security. You accept all risk and responsibility for your use of the Site including the submission of any personal information.
Privacy Policy
The Site handles all personal data submitted in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We use your information only as described in the Site’s Privacy Policy. We view protection of users’ privacy as a very important community principle. We store and process your information on computers that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. You can access and modify the information you provide us and choose not to receive certain communications by signing in to your account. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way, please do not use our services. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
